El portal web “Vidae” explica que la mitad de los tumores se pueden evitar o mejorar si la persona lleva un estilo de vida saludable incluyendo el ejercicio constante y puede ayudar especifican con el fortalecimiento del sistema inmune, reduce la inflamación y mejora la circulación, y mejora la resistencia a la insulina.
