En un hecho insólito, las autoridades de tránsito detuvieron una ambulancia que, en lugar de cumplir su función de emergencia, llevaba en su interior 28 canastas de cerveza.
El suceso ocurrió durante un control de rutina en la Avenida Circunvalar, en el barrio Buenavista de Montería. Los agentes quedaron atónitos al descubrir que el supuesto “paciente” no era más que un cargamento de bebidas alcohólicas.
El conductor, en un intento por justificar el peculiar contenido, afirmó que estaba “transportando medicinas urgentes” para un paciente con cálculos renales, sed intensa, y afectado por el calor.
La ambulancia fue inmovilizada inmediatamente por el uso indebido del vehículo, mientras se adelantan las investigaciones pertinentes. Este caso ha causado gran indignación en la comunidad, que exige sanciones ejemplares por el mal uso de un recurso destinado a salvar vidas.
