La Procuraduría General de la Nación ha puesto su atención en el cambio de operador de internet en el SENA, dado que las plataformas web continúan presentando fallas. Este organismo de control ha iniciado las investigaciones pertinentes para determinar las causas que han conducido al apagón digital del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, el cual ha afectado a miles de estudiantes en todo el país.
La procuradora general, Margarita Cabello, declaró: “Hemos llevado a cabo una vigilancia constante, preventiva y disciplinaria en el SENA. Estamos a la espera de una explicación sobre las razones que llevaron a la finalización del contrato con Telefónica en relación con la digitalización y el manejo de la interconexión. Asimismo, estamos monitoreando cómo se suplirá el vacío que se ha presentado en los últimos días.”
Estas acciones se llevarán a cabo a través del delegado de función preventiva, con el objetivo de obtener una respuesta rápida para los aprendices que han tenido que interrumpir sus procesos educativos.
A través de un comunicado, el SENA reconoció que la transición de Telefónica ha tenido un impacto significativo debido al control absoluto que esta empresa ejercía. Además, informaron que una de las plataformas que presentaba problemas ya ha comenzado a funcionar correctamente.
